The PTO will be hosting a costume parade and trunk or treat (Weather permitting).
The K-8 children will participate in a costume parade starting at 2:00pm in the Dimmick School gym. Participation is open to all preschoolers of our families. Parents, grandparents, and relatives are welcome to come and watch.
Trunk or Treat will be in the west parking lot of the school immediately following the parade. You may decorate your vehicle, wear a costume yourself, or just open your trunk and hand out treats. We ask that if you participate you are prepared for 150 students. Parents, grandparents, and relatives are welcome. You may arrive at school at 1:30pm to park and start decorating your vehicle. PLEASE NOTE, the Trunk or Treat will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
After the Trunk or Treat, K-4 students will return to their classroom for room parties until 3:15pm. 5-8 students will return to their classrooms to watch a movie.
Please send your children with their costumes. They may not wear them to school. No weapons, real or fake will be permitted. Please do not send students with makeup unless they are able to apply it on their own.
