Good afternoon!
Each year, public school districts must participate in state assessments of English language arts, math, and science.
Dimmick will begin to administer assessments the week of April 12, 2021. The tests will be staggered by grade levels, and all testing is expected to be completed by the end of April.
All students in grades 3-8 will participate in ELA and math testing. Students in grades 5 and 8 will also participate in a state science test.
Please see the attached parent/guardian letters for the IAR assessment and the Illinois Science Assessment, and contact the school if you have any further questions.
