This Pre-Registration form is used to collect data and contact information for incoming Kindergarten students. This is NOT the official registration for incoming students.
Registration packets will be available on our website www.dimmick175.com at the end of July and will need to be filled out and returned to the school on the official school registration dates which are currently scheduled for:
TUESDAY, AUGUST 3RD - THURSDAY, AUGUST 5TH FROM 9:00AM-1:00PM.

Children who live in the Dimmick and Cherry school districts and will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2021 are eligible to pre-register for Kindergarten in the fall.
Required information that will be needed IN ADDITION to filling out the registration packet prior to the first day of school:
Copy of your Child's Birth Certificate
Copy of Immunization Records
Health Physical
Dental Exam
Vision Exam
Two proofs of Residency (Specific details will be available in the registration packet)
