Dear Parents/Guardians,
I have attached the bus routes for the 2021-22 school year. As I had previously indicated, issues with the transportation contractor that had been awarded the bid for 14 area schools earlier this year, prompted us to make a change and work out an arrangement with our previous carrier, Illinois Central Bus. We apologize for the the confusion but felt it was necessary to take these steps in order to ensure the safety of all students.
Please understand that the route times are approximate and are subject to change should Illinois Central find more efficient ways to run the three routes. We also ask that everyone have their children ready at least 10 minutes prior to the designated pick up times especially the first few days as the drivers adapt to the revised routes.
At this time, we anticipate that the buses will be ready to run starting on our first day of school which is this Wednesday, August 25. We do however, encourage parents/guardians to have a backup plan in place should they not be ready. If something changes, we will notify you as soon as we find out.
As always, your child's safety is and will remain our #1 priority. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this challenging situation. We look forward to starting the new school year and to seeing children fill the newly renovated halls, classrooms and cafeteria/gym.

Please note that ALL students must be properly wearing a mask in order to board the bus and they must be worn at all times when riding the bus. NO EXCEPTIONS!
