Student Council & PTO Holiday Drive

Once again this year, the Student Council and the PTO are conducting a Holiday Drive. This year, we have selected to donate items that we collect to the Illinois Valley Food Pantry. The collection will run from Monday, December 5th and Friday, December 16th. The Student Council members will be going around to each of the classrooms each morning to count the items that are collected to determine the winning class. The winning class will be rewarded with an additional 30 minute recess that will be scheduled at a later date.

The following items are needed:

Cereal, Mac and Cheese, Soup, Instant Potatoes, Canned Fruit, Hamburger Helper, Flour, Jell-O, Noodles, Peanut Butter, Tuna Fish, Rice, Canned Vegetables, Spaghetti Sauce, Sugar, Coffee. (*They can always use large paper grocery bags)

If you have any larger boxes at home that you no longer need, please feel free to drop them off at the school. We can always use them to store the items that the students bring in.
